Quality system

The company has received certificate of quality according to the standard ISO 9001 for all of activities in July 1999.

Quality system represents the basic management tool for for providing quality of all kind of services from our business program and determines responsibility of our leadership and all our employees with implementing activities, arising from requests of indiviual ISO standard 9001 chapters.

Individual quality system elements are described in details in  organizational regulations and guidelines, that requires from us and enables us the following:

• Continuous improvement of quality function in the company,
• Steady quality of services within the company,
• Systematic fulfillment of ISO standard 9001 requirements,
• Continuity of carrying out the procedures, independently of personnel turnover,
• Education and training of new employees for quality work,
• Improving quality system procedures.

Established quality system, implemented by well trained workers who are motivated for qulity work, ensures, that all services, provided to our customers, are of superior quality. That means these services will carried out without any deficiencies and to full customer satisfaction.

Environmental management system

The company has received Environmental certificate according to the standard ISO 14001 in December 2001 for all activities and locations, on which these activities are carried out.
